

Tailormade Services - Terms and Conditions
The prices you are quoted on our web site are exactly what you pay. There are no tourist
taxes or any other surcharges to pay (Unless payment is made by credit card). All prices are quoted
in pounds and we require that payment is made in Euros at the daily exchange rate. Prices quoted
are inclusive of IVA (V.A.T)
The prices shown on the website are for weekly rentals and include weekly maid service and
laundry change once weekly, swimming pool and garden maintenance and electricity and gas.
Credit Card Payment
All payments made with Visa/Mastercard or American express are subject to a 2% surcharge.
All deposits paid for accommodation, yacht charter and car hire are non-refundable.
Flights, car hire, insurance and Airport transfer are all additional extras and not included in price
of accommodation.
The descriptions and information contained on our website have been made in good faith and are
not intended to mislead. It is possible that changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge.
In this event we will endeavour to inform you of any changes but cannot be held responsible for
any inaccuracies, which are beyond our control. Water and electricity supplies are often not as
reliable as in great Britain, interruptions of supply do occur, we cannot be held responsible for
these supplies or any other lack of facility beyond our reasonable control. Only persons named in
the booking form shall be allowed to occupy the accommodation and in no circumstances can the
maximum number of persons stated in the brochure be exceeded. The company has taken all reasonable
care in making the arrangements for the booking. All properties are privately owned and Tailormade
is acting as agents for the owners or their representative. Tailormade does not operate or own
airlines or car hire companies. It does not therefore; accept any liability for death, personal
injury, loss, damage or inconvenience from the provision of these holidays, where due to neglect,
act or omission of any other company, firm or individual or the employees of the agents thereof.
The owners of yachts and accommodation reserve the right to visit their property at any time to
undertake essential repairs, maintenance, pool cleaning or gardening.
Tailormade shall not be liable for any loss or damage from any matters outside its reasonable
control, including (but not limited to) acts of god, civil disturbances, force majeure strikes
or other industrial action, acts of government, acts of third parties, failure of public supplies,
including (but not limited to) electricity and water. Where acts of any third parties are involved
Tailormade shall in no circumstances be required to institute any form of legal process.
In case of breakdown in the property of any nature, please notify our offices immediately.
On the day of arrival guests are allowed to occupy their accommodation from 4pm onwards. Guests
vacating the property are required to leave before 11am to facilitate cleaning and servicing prior
to the arrival of incoming guests.
Any breakage must be reported to our offices and paid in full before vacating the property. We
reserve the right to charge for any breakages/damages not reported and found after departure.
Many owners have installed dishwashers, air conditioning, heating or other useful appliances.
Tailormade does not accept any responsibility for the malfunctioning or breakdown of these items.
If a specialist engineer is required, it can take up to seven days for repairs to be carried out
therefore Tailormade, its staff or agents cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for
the lack of any of these facilities.
We strongly advise you to book all your holiday requirements at the time of your original
reservation. A charge of 25€ per invoice may be levied after receipt of your confirmation invoice
in respect of administration costs. All charges will be notified in writing.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been accepted by us or amended within 70 days
of departure, we must have written instructions to this effect. The following cancellation charges
are payable:
Periods before scheduled departures during which Tailormade has received written notification.

More than 70 days- Loss of full deposit, 70-90 days- 60% of total holiday price
28-22 days- 75% of total holiday price, 21-15 days- 85% of total holiday price
14 days or less - 100% of total holiday price.
Balances are due 6 weeks prior to departure. If this balance is not received within seven working
days of the due date, cancellation may be assumed by Tailormade with consequent loss of deposit
and or cancellation charges as shown in our terms of business above.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday due to circumstances beyond our control,
we will refund in full the cost of the accommodation only, but specifically not for flights, car
hire, insurance and any other extras. Such payment to be in full and final settlement of all claims
(if any) that you may have against us in respect of the cancellation.
Compensation will not be payable if we are forced to cancel your holiday arrangements in any way
whatsoever, for reasons of war, riots, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activities,
natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances amounting
to force majuere. |
